The Role

This is our top software engineer position within our Global IT organization. It offers the opportunity to leverage your extensive experience to make a significant impact on our company's success. You will play a critical role in developing our internal CRM product, a vital component of our operations.

As a senior technical problem-solver, you will leverage your technical expertise to build scalable software solutions that align with our growing business needs. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of software development, mentoring our development team, and advising IT leadership.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Functional Architects, and Development team members on technical design and problem-solving to come up with compelling solutions to problems
  • Own all aspects of implementation for features from design to development, deployment to production, and support and maintenance
  • Quickly break down complex problems into potential solutions, accounting for knowns and unknowns, in order to get to solid resolutions faster
  • Passion to mentor and guide engineers at all levels
  • Define, evangelize, and mentor on best practices and coding standards
  • Extensive experience reviewing code engineers of all levels
  • Code, our architects will actively be contributing to the build by working on the application code
  • Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressing software development experience
  • Extensive experience designing and developing enterprise applications using Java (SE, Spring), Node.js, React, and microservices
  • Proven track record of building scalable systems and functionality
  • In-depth understanding of object-oriented design, clean coding style
  • Hands-on development experience with current open-source tools and technologies (Java, Spring, MySQL, Hibernate, Maven, Git, Jenkins, AspectJ, Messaging, Solr, and Lucene, node.js)
  • Experience with building rich and interactive user interfaces utilizing JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)
  • Motivation and flexibility to roll up your sleeves and work hard (and have fun) in a fast-moving environment

  • Base pay: $125,000 - $175,000
  • The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
