About this role

We are seeking a gifted and talented

Account Executive—LATAM to join our Mexico office (Polanco) and play a significant role in our expansion to the LATAM region.

This role involves self-prospection, engaging qualified prospects, demoing the Aircall solution, providing technical assistance, successfully navigating a proof of concept, and negotiating contracts. It is a fast-paced role that suits high-energy and smart salespeople.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full sales cycle from prospection to closing

Consistently prospect to maintain strong pipeline coverage and consistent quota attainment

Position and articulate the Aircall value proposition to medium businessesEducate prospects through complex sales cycles to generate excitement and enthusiasm across multiple stakeholders

Work side by side with Sales Development Representatives and Partner Account Managers to identify business opportunities and accelerate your existing pipeline

Represent Aircall with integrity and professionalism at all times in all written and oral communications

Qualifications:

Previous sales experience is mandatory with knowledge of sales methodologies such as SPICED / MEDDIC a bonus

Experience with Salesforce and revenue engagement tools such as Gong, Outreach, SalesLoft

A proactive, driven seller able to identify and communicate business pains and outcomes, drive urgency and take end-to-end ownership for quota attainment

Successful track record of closing net new business and generating your pipeline

Demonstrable organizational and time management skills

Competitive and driven to achieve goals, build new skills and bring new ideas on how to do things faster and better!
