Job Summary
The Implementation Specialist plays a key role in conducting implementation activities and executing Nextechâs standard implementation methodology across its suite of solutions. Onsite super-user training, go-live support and post-go-live optimization. This role requires issue investigation, creative problem-solving and training clients, as well as internal staff, as needed.

Essential Functions
Client Training:Conduct client training in preparation for Go-Live events, following Nextechâs standard implementation methodology.Complete practice assessments and workflow analysis guided by industry best practices.Instruct clinical and non-clinical staff on the proper use of software applications.Train staff in individual and group settings, employing diverse teaching strategies to maximize effectiveness.Complete administrative tasks to update customers, Project Managers and Department Managers on implementation progress.Perform additional responsibilities as assigned based on business needs.Issue Resolution and Optimization:Investigate and resolve client issues during implementation and go-live.Identify opportunities for workflow improvement and optimization post-go-live.Collaboration:Partner with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and alignment with client needs.Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure alignment and satisfaction. Minimum Requirements
Bachelorâs degree in a related field.3-5 years of experience in the Healthcare IT industry, specifically software implementation.Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence behavior.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational abilities.Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of or experience in one of Nextechâs core medical specialties.Familiarity with medical clinic workflows.Understanding of HIPAA and PHI regulations.Background in insurance billing. Working Environment/Physical Demands
Work Environment:Work occurs at customer locations, typically well-lit and air-conditioned offices, with moderate noise levels. Activities include standing for extended periods while training and supporting practices, as well as walking and interacting with personnel.
Physical and Mental Requirements:Periods of stress may occur due to project deadlines or travel demands.Activities require a balance of sitting, standing, and walking depending on whether tasks are office- or customer-related.
