This role will play a crucial part in managing and optimizing our Salesforce environment to support business operations and growth.
Role Overview
Theâ¯Salesforce Administratorâ¯will report to our System Analyst â who is responsible to drive the performance of our Salesforce environment â and work closely with our Revenue Operations team. The Salesforce Administrator will support our System Analyst to enhance and optimize our Salesforce platform, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance and Product teams. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive process improvements and automation.

Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Administration & Maintenance
Create and maintain user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settingsMaintain system integrity and performance, collaborate with our Sales Operations team to ensure data accuracyPerform regular audits, backups, and updates to ensure system efficiencyProcess Optimization & Automation
Develop and optimize Salesforce workflows, validation rules, and automationSupport sales, marketing, and customer success teams by improving lead routing, opportunity management, and reporting capabilitiesIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and data qualityData Management & Reporting
Ensure data cleanliness and integrity through deduplication, enrichment, and validation processesCreate and maintain reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for various business unitsAssist in data migrations, integrations, and updatesUser Support & Training
Serve as a key point of contact for Salesforce-related issues and troubleshootingDevelop training and documentation for end-users to enhance system adoption and proficiencyCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions that align with business needsCross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the Lead Systems Analyst, RevOps, SalesOps, IT, Marketing, Product and Finance teams to ensure Salesforce aligns with company goalsAssist with Salesforce integrations with third-party applicationsParticipate in the development and execution of Salesforce roadmap initiatives Qualifications
Experience & Technical Skills
2+ years of experience as aâ¯Salesforce Administratorâ¯in a fast-paced environmentSalesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) required; additional certifications (Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder) are a plusHands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, including Flows, Process Builder, custom objects, and permission setsStrong data management skills, including proficiency with Data Loader and data import/export toolsBasic understanding of Apex, Lightning components, and third-party integrations is a plusSoft Skills & Attributes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailAbility to work independently and in a team-oriented environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholdersHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
