Enrollment Marketing Manager

The Enrollment Marketing Manager position serves as an advocate for clients who are engaged or interested in future engagement with Encoura through the Enrollment Marketing Services department. The marketing manager works both as an internal champion and as a partner with each client or prospective client to ensure that campaign needs are understood, designed, implemented and satisfied. Responsibilities include scoping projects for prospective clients, creating and leading student search strategies, supporting clients through consulting, design, execution, analysis, and reporting of campaigns. This position utilizes best practices in marketing strategies and consulting to effectively and efficiently meet shared goals.

Role Progression
Within 1 month, youâll: Understand department structure and observe client engagements.
Within 3 months, youâll: Actively participate in client facing solutions and internal cross functional teams.
Within 6 months, youâll: Assume responsibility for assigned clients and manage ongoing projects.
Within 1 year, youâll: Lead project scoping, search strategy, reporting measures, contract renewal conversations and full campaign deliverables.
