We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to research, analyze, design, and validate Pipedriveâs core experiences across different channels and platforms. You will gain a thorough understanding of our usersâ needs regarding integrating with Pipedrive by utilizing a variety of quantitative and qualitative research methods and will prototype solutions to improve its quality and user experience.

Your new adventure:
Work together with the product manager and rest of the team to explore opportunities, understand user needs and translate those into experiments, solutions and, in the end, elegant interface designsInitiate and organize user research using a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods to understand the needs of Pipedriveâs usersDive into data points and a world of causation and correlation to learn more about user behaviorTake ownership of design vision in your area and lead innovation through experimentation and user testingCreate and maintain deliverables (wireframes, mockups, prototypes, flows, etc.) to communicate ideas and validate solutionsEnsure design consistency across the product by using our UX & Design Systems.Work closely with engineers throughout a projectâs lifecycle, providing support, refining the user experience, and dealing with technical constraintsCollaborate with fellow designers to constantly refine Pipedriveâs design languageEngage and influence stakeholders and your peers to communicate thought processes and deliverablesLead by example by sharing learnings and providing feedback to other designers Does this sound like you?
At least five years of experience working as a product designer or in a similar roleAble to translate strategy into a well-structured design execution planGreat attention to detail and analytical reasoningAble to model both qualitative and quantitative user research from scratchStrong advocate and user of design systems and know-how about implementing them in your work to be more effective and efficientA strong can-do attitude, great communication skills, and openness to feedbackCritical thinking skillsExperience in planning and evaluating work processes and taking ownership of themAdvanced skill with Figma and experience with Atlassian (or other task management software)You have a portfolio or a couple of strong projects to showcaseA degree in the Design field is a plusFluency in English Why Pipedrive?
