We are now looking for driven
Sales Development Representatives to join #teamgreen.As a Sales Development Representative, you will drive revenue and customer acquisition by proactively prospecting both outbound and inbound leads, qualifying opportunities, and building relationships within your assigned geographic territory. You'll work closely with Account Executives to generate new business and contribute to Matillion's growth.
We value in-person collaboration here at Matillion, therefore this role will require you to spend most of the week working from our Manchester office.

At Matillion, we are committed to providing competitive compensation in line with market standards based on the role, job family, job level, and country. This non-exempt roleâs hourly base pay range for this position is $27.77. Because this role is eligible for variable pay in the form of sales commissions, your total annual on-target annual earnings will be $39.67. You will be entitled to overtime for any work, approved in advance by your manager, that exceeds 40 hours per week (or exceeds 8 hours per day in California).
