Duties
• Assist customers with inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly.
• Process sales transactions efficiently using cash registers and handle cash with precision.
• Maintain an organized stock area, ensuring products are well-displayed and readily available for customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers on features and benefits, enhancing their shopping experience.
• Supervise junior staff members when necessary, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Communicate effectively with customers in both English and another language (bilingual skills preferred).
• Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.

Skills
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering an outstanding experience.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse customer base.
• Sales acumen to effectively promote products and drive sales growth.
• Experience in cash handling and operating cash registers accurately.
• Ability to manage stock levels and maintain inventory organization.

• Supervisory experience is beneficial for mentoring new staff or leading small teams.
• Capability to conduct engaging product demos that attract customer interest.

Pay: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour
