Responsible for supporting the training and development of medical students, residents, and other healthcare professionals by working closely with attending physicians, faculty, and educational leadership to deliver high-quality education and training experiences.

Essential Functions
- Assist attending physicians and faculty in delivering lectures, workshops, and interactive educational sessions for medical students, residents, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in teaching rounds, case discussions, and simulation-based training to enhance the learning experience for trainees.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to medical students and residents, offering support in their academic and professional development.
- Assist in developing and refining medical education curricula and instructional materials.
- Participate in the assessment and evaluation of trainees' performance, including written examinations, clinical skills assessments, and overall competency evaluations.
- Supervise and provide feedback to medical students and residents during their clinical rotations, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective patient care.
- Engage in educational research activities, including conducting studies, collecting data, and contributing to scholarly publications in medical education.
- Collaborate with other members of the medical education team, including faculty, residents, and administrators, to support educational initiatives and ensure program excellence.

No Licenses and Credentials Experience Medical Education/Teaching Experience 5-7 years required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Demonstrated interest and experience in medical education and teaching, such as prior teaching assistantships or involvement in educational activities. - Familiarity with educational principles, curriculum design, and assessment methods. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with learners and colleagues. - Enthusiasm for mentoring and supporting the professional growth of medical students and residents. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based healthcare and educational environment.
