Strongverbal communication skillsand the ability to handle different customer personalities. Ability tomultitask, stay organized, and work efficientlyin a remote environment. Familiarity withCRM systems, phone software, and basic computer skills . Reliable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and a headsetfor clear communication.
