Property Management Administrative Assistant

We are immediately hiring a full-time administrative assistant for our Naples, FL-based company. Our properties are concentrated in Florida, however, we own properties in five other states.

This is a remote position. Living in Florida is ideal but not required.
• Experience in the real estate / Property management field required. Mobile home experience is a plus.

Compensation:

$40,000

Responsibilities: • Assist the Property Management Team (Director of PM, Regional Property Managers and Community Managers) with daily tasks and projects • Manage company email accounts • Provide epic customer service to Residents, Vendors, and other Teammates • Answer questions and send out notices by bulk text and emails • Send out letters via the post office • Scan and upload documents to our company Dropbox account • Organize files and office practices • Handle daily operations • Process tenant applications • Social media management • Assist in documenting processes/procedures • Communicate daily with Community Managers • Title work on new and existing homes

Qualifications: • Professional in attitude and appearance • Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills • Independent and self-motivated • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line • Well organized • Skilled at utilizing technology to be efficient (CRM, apps, software, e-sign, Rent Manager, etc) • Experience in the real estate or property management industry • Ideally Bilingual (Spanish is a big plus) but not required • Be able to work full time, typically 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
