Remote Customer Service Representative/Call Center

4 weeks of paid in person training - then fully REMOTE! Equipment provided.
Job Duties:
 Answer calls and respond to emails.
 Handle customer inquiries both over the phone and by email.
 Research required information using available resources.
 Manage and resolved customer complaints.
 Provide customers with product/service information.
 Enter new customer information into the system.
 Route calls to the appropriate resource.
 Respond to incoming calls from students and parents regarding financial aid options, application procedures, eligibility criteria, deadlines, and other related inquiries.
Qualifications:  Experience with Microsoft Office.  Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.  Must be able to follow both written and verbal instructions  Must have basic math skills (word problems, percentages, multiplying fractions)
Schedule/Pay Rate:
 Monday - Friday.
 Paid Weekly.
 $15.50/hr. (During training)
 $16.00/hr. (After completion of training)
