Remote Customer Service Representative/Call Center

Join the Abacus team and work for one of our top clients based out of the Cockeysville, MD area.

4 weeks of paid in person training - then fully REMOTE! Equipment provided.

Job Duties:
• Answer calls and respond to emails.
• Handle customer inquiries both over the phone and by email.
• Research required information using available resources.
• Manage and resolved customer complaints.
• Provide customers with product/service information.
• Enter new customer information into the system.
• Route calls to the appropriate resource.
• Respond to incoming calls from students and parents regarding financial aid options, application procedures, eligibility criteria, deadlines, and other related inquiries.

Qualifications: • Experience with Microsoft Office. • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. • Must be able to follow both written and verbal instructions • Must have basic math skills (word problems, percentages, multiplying fractions)

Schedule/Pay Rate:
• Monday - Friday.
• Paid Weekly.
• $15.50/hr. (During training)
• $16.00/hr. (After completion of training)
