We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Live Chat Agent WFH REMOTE. As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through our online chat platform. This is a full-time remote position based in Raleigh, NC, with a salary range of $14 to $24 per hour. • *Responsibilities:**

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through our live chat platform

• Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times

• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues

• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
• *Requirements:**

• Previous customer service experience in a chat or online support role preferred

• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to type quickly and accurately

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
