About the Role
As our Operations, Sales, and Customer Service Associate, you will be supporting our Operations and Sales teams, including processing orders and customer-facing tasks for both B2B and B2C. This role requires a proactive mindset, with a passion for small, fast-growing consumer brands. This is hybrid position, mostly remote with some in-person in our Seattle, WA office.
Key Responsibilities
Order processing for key accounts and independent retailers
Wholesale portal order approvals
B2B and B2C customer service
About You
Required:
Comfortable working under tight timelines with minimal supervision
Experience in small team or start up environments
Excel familiarity (vlookup, pivot tables)
Proactive, self-starter mentality
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
Preferred:
2-3 years experience within consumer products industry a plus
Experience with Acctivate or SQL Databases
Experience with QuickBooks
Experience with Amazon Seller and Vendor Central

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
