As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview:
As the first point of contact for our customers and sales representatives, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and outstanding customer service. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams.
Job requirements can be satisfied fully remotely. Being within driving distance of our primary manufacturing facility is a big plus.
Key Responsibilities: Â Process customer orders accurately and ensure follow-through to shipment. Â Provide timely and professional support to customers and sales representatives. Â Work closely with the sales, art, and shipping teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment. Â Assist the national sales team with inquiries, product availability, and order tracking. Â Address customer concerns and provide solutions with a customer-first approach. Â Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Â Support other administrative tasks as needed.
What WeÂre Looking For:
 3+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, and order processing
 Ability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities.
 Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
 Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office as well as a high level of learning and navigating complex software interfaces.
 Experience working collaboratively across remote teams in a remote environment.
 A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
