Job Description: Internal Job Grade: 20E Salary Range: $69,180 - $128,220 Apply by midnight on 2/28 This is a fully remote position. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Communication Strategy Supervisor (Multimedia Production) to lead the planning and execution of impactful multimedia campaigns. In this role, you will develop and implement communication strategies that align with organizational goals, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging across various platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include crafting compelling content for video, webinars, and other multimedia channels, as well as overseeing the production process to maintain high-quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and messaging, taking ownership of projects from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multimedia production and communication strategy, coupled with excellent organizational and creative problem-solving skills. YouÂll also be comfortable analyzing campaign performance and using insights to refine future strategies. Qualifications: BachelorÂs degree in Communications, Marketing, Multimedia Production, or a related field - Required Proven experience in multimedia production or communication strategy. Proficiency with multimedia tools and software. Strong project management and creative storytelling skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
