The LMS Administrator & Data Analyst is responsible for utilizing in-depth knowledge of established records management theory to develop, maintain and implement efficient systems and practices for the creation, use, maintenance and disposition of Delta TechOps training records and qualifications. Responsible for development and implementation of user reports that query the training records database.
Summary Of Responsibilities (not Comprehensive Of All Tasks)
 Provides LMS support to customers when required.
 Monitors and administers the Maintenance Qualification Records (MQR) process for TechOps.
 Administers the TQRB process for the TechOps Division as outlined in TOPP 10-00-30.
 Maintains TechOps training curricula as outlined in TOPP 10-00-05.
 Responsible for the TechOps Vendor Site. (Updating, maintaining and accuracy).
 Maintains TechOps SOJTs and the online portal.
 Ensure our Maintenance Repair facilities are trained, and correct training applied.
 Able to research aircraft attributes to ensure correct training is applied.
 Occasionally teaches assigned curriculum topics.
 Applies a broad knowledge of training/automation concepts, practices, and procedures to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and security of training records are maintained at all times.
 Partners with all business units within TechOps to identify, develop, implement, and maintain end user reports, ensuring functionality and usability.
 Analyzes and interpret data and develops appropriate reports.
 Runs adhoc reports and queries using SAS/SQL, Access, and Tableau.
 LMS responses may be required 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in locations worldwide.
 Must be able to travel and work various hours/shifts/days.
 Must be willing to perform other duties as required.
 Practices safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.

 Must be a team player.
 Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills with good interpersonal skills.
 Must have technical, quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills.
 Must be able to demonstrate above average presentation skills and an ability to use Windows-based software packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, graphics software, etc.
 Should be highly motivated, self-disciplined and able to plan, organize and work well under deadlines to a high degree of accuracy with minimal supervision.
 The ability to build and develop strong relationships at all levels and work collaboratively to create value for the organization
 Should possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
 Must be able to research and interpret training records, qualifications and metric reports
 Must be able to obtain a passport and visas to foreign countries.
 Must be performing satisfactorily in current position.
 Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
 Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
 Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
 Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
