This is a full-time telework opportunity. Position Summary This position is for an RN Letter Writer/ Auditor that will support comprehensive medical services through composition and auditing of approval, partial approval, denial, extension, and request for information letters for the Aetna Medicaid centralized letters team. The letter writer/auditor role assists in maintaining accurate and complete documentation to meet risk management, regulatory, and accreditation requirements. The letter writer/auditor will promote positive communication both internally and externally to enhance effectiveness of medical management services. Required Qualifications - Current and unrestricted RN license in the state of residence. - 2 year(s) experience using personal computer, keyboard navigation, navigating multiple systems and applications, use of Microsoft office suite applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) - Must be willing and able to work Thursday  Sunday 9:00 AM  8:00 PM EST with occasional holiday coverage per business needs. Preferred Qualifications - 1 year of managed care experience - 1 year clinical experience Education Associate Degree in Nursing Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $26.01 - $56.14 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
