Key Responsibilities: • Assist customers via phone, chat, or email with inquiries about flight schedules, reservations, and general customer service • Provide solutions to any issues or concerns that customers may have • Maintain high customer satisfaction standards while adhering to Southwest Airlines' core values • Handle customer interactions with professionalism and a friendly demeanor
