Position Summary

The CVS Health Specialty Pharmacy is building an Inbound Pharmacy Service team to support our specialty patients who are in need of life sustaining medications. We are hiring Pharmacy Service Representatives to work for our inbound call center to make the connection and ensure timely delivery to those patients reaching out. We’re seeing individuals interested in training onsite for 3 weeks, then once training is complete, there is an opportunity to work remotely from your home.

Onsite Training is 3 weeks long, Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm. We do not train on Saturdays, but we will need people to be willing to work on Saturday once training is over.

We Are Seeking Someone Willing To Work a Minimum Of 40hrs a Week After Training. You Will Be Given a Specific Schedule Based On Business Need And Operating Hours (Monday Through Saturday). Some Of The Schedules We Have Available Are
• 7:30am – 4:30pm
• 9:00am – 6:00pm
• 10:00am – 7:00pm
• 1:00pm – 10:00pm

Required Qualifications
• Bilingual in both Spanish and English
• One year experience in a customer service role handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone.
• One year work experience with Windows-based applications like Windows, Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and email applications.
• One year computer keyboarding experience, skills and aptitude.

Preferred Qualifications
• Certified Pharmacy Technician, CPhT or ExCPT
• Prefer healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, prescriptions, medical terminology.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Pay Range

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is

$17.00 - $25.65

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
