This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions in a remote, work-from-home environment. Key Responsibilities: Â Respond to customer live chat inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Â Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring satisfaction and a positive experience.
