Basic Qualifications
• 5+ years of full cycle engineering recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment.
• Experience managing candidates in an Applicant Tracking System such as Brassring, Taleo, iCims, SuccessFactors, Avature or similar ATS tool.
• Experience sourcing candidates from sites such as LinkedIn, SeekOut, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.
• Proven experience as a strategic Talent Advisor, providing expert guidance and influencing decisions that drive and shape talent attraction strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships, collaborate with others, engage in constructive conversations, and manage interpersonal dynamics.
• Experience in all varieties of recruiting methods: organizing and executing ad hoc networking events, creating unique targeted sourcing campaigns, use of social media, cold calling/warm calling.

WHAT WE’RE DOING

The Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) Global Talent Acquisition at Lockheed Martin is seeking a skilled professional to support continued growth within our Engineering & Technology organization.

THE WORK

As a Senior Technical Recruiter on the C6ISR team, you will leverage your subject matter expertise and serve as a talent advisor to influence clients, leaders, candidates and peers. In this role, you will be required to learn and understand the technology you support and use your expertise to guide leaders to sound strategies to find the best qualified candidates for consideration. Armed with that information, your sourcing talents will be put to the test to surface profiles and develop connections to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates using social media, web based tools, licenses, creative marketing strategies, and other resources. You'll be expected to understand the experience and expectations of the candidates you present to leaders and also share key information with candidates to triangulate best fit within our organization.

Specific Responsibilities Include
• Manage full-cycle recruiting process for technical, engineering, cleared positions to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Lead the efforts to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategies for client groups across RMS.
• Strategize with TA Managers, HR Business Partners and Recruiters in order to stay apprised of current business dynamics within your customer groups.
• Partner with a team of managers and HR Business Partners to successfully negotiate compensation aligning to internal rate ranges, candidate market value and programmatic affordability.
• Source and recruit top tier talent, not only to meet the hiring goals of immediate needs, but also proactively, in order to build candidate pipeline for upcoming and future growth demands.
• Partner effectively with TA specialist teammates when working compliance, onboarding, and other processes.

Typical Experience For This Level

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR, recruiting, sourcing, or related HR area of focus. Equivalent combination of experience and education will also be considered.

Desired Skills
• Demonstrated knowledge and practice of Human Resources practices, processes, and regulations.
• Experience staffing for technical positions and/or positions requiring security clearances, preferably in aerospace and defense.
• Experience supporting fully cleared programs within the intelligence community.

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. National Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $73,800 - $130,180. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
