Senior Enterprise Applications Engineer (Remote)

As a Senior Application/Administrator you will be responsible for Weedmaps Enterprise Applications, both hosted and cloud solutions. This person will be planning, implementing, and executing large scale deployments and migrations for our various teams. This role will work both independently and collaboratively to ensure that the Weedmaps team continues to run on all cylinders. We are looking for someone with a deep and genuine passion for technology, an ability to design and implement cross team solutions, create and update documentation and workflow/business process drawings, and strong organizational and multitasking skills. You are the literal central nervous system of Weedmaps business processes.

<li>Workflow design and development inside the apps or via API
<ul>
<li>Working with other teams to help define their business processes</li>
<li>Finding a way to improve and/or automate those processes via technology</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Review of new applications to ensure how they fit into our ecosystem</li>
<li>Implement in-app and cross-app workflows for our various services</li>
<li>Maintenance activities relating to our various applications</li>
<li>Mentorship and training of more junior members of the team</li>
</ul>
<strong>What you've accomplished:</strong>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience in support and troubleshooting of a variety of applications.</li>
<li>Configuration and support of a variety of SaaS applications.</li>
<li>Scripting experience: Python, apple, shell, bash, PowerShell…etc.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Okta and SAML-based authentication configuration.</li>
<li>Previous work with identity and access management.
<ul>
<li>ZeroTrust model execution a plus</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Previous experience with APIs and scripting against them across multiple applications.
<ul>
<li>JSON data modeling</li>
<li>REST</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>
