Job TitleSales, Business Marketing Manager - DXR (Remote-Based)<BR>Job Description<BR>As a Business Marketing Manager in Philips DXR team North America, you will be leading commercial strategy of new or existing portfolio of products, solutions and services with markets for the X-Ray business in North America.<br><br>Your role:<br><br>Ownership of business performance for Philips X-Ray North America: Market Share, Orders, Deal Visibility, Win Rate, Price Realization, Customer Satisfaction.<BR><BR>Responsible to develop and execute the Go-To Market approach for assigned portfolio of products, solutions, services in alignment with the Markets Business and overall Marketing strategy.<BR><BR>Point of contact and go to resource for modality sales specialist and clinical application specialist for (pre-)sales support for Radiology and X-Ray market and Philips products.<BR><BR>Supports and coaches the Modality Sales and Clinical teams in the Market as a one-point contact to the Business and ensures Marketing strategy and plans are aligned.<BR><BR>Support Head of Marketing and Events team for customer facing events to generate new leads/prospects. Experience in demoing products in tradeshows face-to-face or virtual.<br><br>You're the right fit if:<br><br>Youve acquired 5+ years experience in the medical devices or healthcare industry<BR><BR>You are an experienced marketer in the medical devices industry (preferably Radiology/X-Ray) with experience in new-age digital marketing programs, content marketing, campaign management, product launch experience, and experience engaging with C-suite customers.<BR><BR>Sales Content Creation: creation of value proposition and communicating for deliverables to the market<BR><BR>Advanced capabilities in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Financial Acumen.<BR><BR>You have a Bachelors Degree<br><br>About Philips:<BR><BR>We are a health technology company.
