Director of Talent Acquisition
Posted 2025-04-06Summary: Alora Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced Director of Talent Acquisition with a proven track record in the recruitment of entry level staff and who possesses a strong knowledge of the recruitment process. The Director of Talent Acquisition will help develop recruitment strategies and implement and oversee the recruitment process to ensure the company attracts and retains... qualified staff. This position requires a thought leader in the talent acquisition space, who is motivated to make a difference in the community.
Pay Range: $80k-$100k/yr
Location: Remote - United States
Key Responsibilities:  Develop recruitment strategies to ensure the company attracts talent and achieves targets  Develop, lead and manage a recruitment team  Develop and manage to Key Performance Indicators  Manage all aspects of the recruitment process including management with vendors  Develop new and innovative recruitment strategies  Conduct phone screens and interviews  Contribute to the retention of staff within the organization  Collaborate with marketing team on brand awareness and social media campaigns  Conduct and plan hiring event  Manage contracts with vendors  Establish and maintain relationship with colleges and other community partners  Collaborate with the executive leadership team on internal and external recruitment initiatives.  Attend conferences or events in the community  Ensure accurate job postings and job descriptions meet hiring criteria  Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies  Performs other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:  Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field required  ABA or Healthcare experience preferred  5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition  3+ years management experience  Experience using applicant tracking systems  Experience with Indeed  Knowledge of [California] employment laws and regulations applicable to hiring  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills  Must be willing to work in multiple time zones
