ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITES: Â Maintain executives appointments/calendar. Â Email management and organization. Â Prepare presentations and/or spreadsheets. Â Social Media management. Â Create structure/workflow/processes. Â Research technologies and make recommendations. Â CRM administration: updates and data entry. Â Make travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations. Â Project Assistance/Coordination. Â Event planning and coordination. KEY ATTRIBUTES: Â Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient. Â Extremely self-motivated with strong time management. Â Proactive, pragmatic, and resourceful problem solver. Â Trustworthy and reliable. Â Friendly and professional communicator. Â Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet or beat deadlines with no errors. Â Tech-savvy and quick to learn new concepts. Â Ability to anticipate the needs of others coupled with a strong desire to serve. Â Adaptable. KEY QUALIFICATIONS: Â Bachelors Degree and experience working remotely preferred. Â Available daily (Mon-Fri) during business hours, and able to dedicate at least 20 hours/week. Â Experience in an administrative support role. Â In-home office setup including Mac or PC Computer (including webcam) with minimum 1.0ghz dual-core processor, 8gb, and the most recent version of MS Office installed (all programs; Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
