Responsibilities
• Respond to incoming chat inquiries from clients promptly and professionally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide accurate and detailed information about ProMed Healthcare's services and offerings.
• Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Educate customers on self-service options and assist with navigation of online platforms.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of ProMed Healthcare's products and services.
• Document all customer interactions and take necessary follow-up actions.
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
• Proficiency in using chat and messaging platforms.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes is a plus.
