We are currently seeking a team of ambitious, detail-oriented, customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our Customer Care Team. As a member of our team, you will be helping customers from an established high end jewelry store with locations all over the US and online!

Responsibilities: • Extensive multi-tasking between programs and websites. • Act as an advocate for our customers and be empathetic in all customer interactions. • Provide extraordinary service to our customers via phone, email and chat. • Communicate with other departments within the company AND local store managers to resolve customer issues. • Quickly identify a customer's problem, document all case notes, and provide customers with reasonable solutions to the problem. • Follow-up with customers on any outstanding matters and provide additional assistance as needed. • Responsible for a monthly sales goal assisting customers with placing orders, answer questions about our product and services. • Must be professional, courteous and have a positive exciting tone.

Pay rate $13-$15hr
