This User Experience (UX) Designer position will require you to conceive and conduct user research, interviews and surveys, and translate them into sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes. This position also designs the overall functionality of the product and iterate upon it to... ensure a great user experience. What you get to do every day
 Focus areas may consist of content, controls, visual design, packaging, customer/technical support, branding, and other aspects of user experience
 Joining forces with other members of the digital marketing team on the creation of new initiatives
 Organizing usability testing on prototypes or finished products to assess the quality of a user experience
 Teaming with business users and application developers to translate requirements into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
 Helping out other team members as needed (QA, data entry, production updates, resizing of graphics, etc.)
 Produce satisfying experiences for users of a product, based on results from user research and workflow analysis
 Creating tools such as personas, usage scenarios, site maps, taxonomies, and wireframes
Requirements
 Experience in prototype/mockup software (e.g. Sketch, Balsamiq, Zeplin)
 Skilled in Web Accessibility and testing tools (e.g. Lighthouse, Google Accessibility Developer Tools)
 Attentive, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
 Figma experience desired
 Able to use graphic design, video editing, web development, and photography applications such as Adobe Creative Suite
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)
 In-depth knowledge of design software and authoring tools
 3+ years of experience within the digital design/UX industry
 To succeed at this position, you should have strong interpersonal skills
 Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant experience
 A portfolio with UX (wireframes/prototypes/other UX artifacts) and visual design work
