Responsibilities:  Customer Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues with a friendly and customer-centric approach.  Order Processing: Assist customers with product orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the processing of transactions.  Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer concerns, collaborating with various departments to provide effective solutions.  Product Knowledge: Stay informed about Colvos Construction's services and offerings to provide customers with accurate information and promote additional services.  Communication Hub: Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.  Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries using our customer relationship management (CRM) system. Requirements:  Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.  Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze situations, identify problems, and provide effective solutions while maintaining a positive customer experience.  Multitasking: Capable of efficiently managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced customer service environment.  Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing procedures and customer needs.  Computer Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software and navigating various computer systems.  Availability: Flexibility to accommodate varying shifts, including weekends and evenings.
