We are looking for driven Sales Development Representatives to join our fully remote, growing team. 100% of our customers are B2B SaaS Companies that are looking for a better way to build, deploy and manage integrations to solutions their customers use every day. Your prospect profile will focus on B2B SaaS Engineering & Product teams and you will be responsible for uncovering new opportunities via outbound activities and generating a strong pipeline to deliver on sales goals. You will…
• Qualify and set meetings for the Sales Team and help build the company pipeline
• Build relationships and educate buyers on Prismatic’s product offering
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and email
• Stay current with company offerings and industry trends
• Oversee and achieve team goals and metrics while upholding best practices
• Continuously improve through... feedback

You might be a good fit if you…
• Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales/business development
• Are high energy and have a positive attitude with the ability to take initiative; strong work ethic, self-directed and resourceful
• Like working in a competitive environment, where results matter
• Have excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to convey information clearly and analyze customer requirements as needed to help customers make buying decisions
• Have strong customer orientation, dedication, and passion for delivering a great customer experience
• Have some technical aptitude and the ability to become deeply fluent in integration and automation solutions
• Know business applications, especially applications used in Sales, Marketing, Customer Support such as Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Slack and SFDC
• Are comfortable and effective working as part of a fully remote team

• Previous sales development/business development work for a technical, dev-focused product

• $60,000 base + $40,000 variable
