 Entering data from various sources into our database systems with speed and accuracy.
 Verifying and reviewing data for errors or discrepancies, and correcting as needed...
 Organizing and maintaining files and records in a systematic manner.
 Performing regular data quality checks to ensure integrity and completeness.
 Assisting with data cleanup and consolidation projects as necessary.
 Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient data management processes.
 Adhering to data entry protocols and confidentiality policies to safeguard sensitive information.
 Completing assigned tasks within established deadlines and priorities.
Requirements: Â High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in data entry or related field is a plus. Â Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred but not required. Â Proficiency in typing and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Â Familiarity with data entry software, databases, and Microsoft Office applications. Â Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Â Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Â Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
