What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Receive and document customer concerns accurately and in a timely manner
• Follow company procedures and input accurate trip data into systems
• Refer unresolved customer grievances to the designated department
• Multitask effectively to extract necessary information from multiple systems
• Review and educate members on services and insurance coverage
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
• 0-2 years of related experience
• 6+ months contact center experience OR customer service experience
• Strong organization, written, and verbal communication skills
• Typing speed of 35wpm or more
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Ability to talk and type simultaneously in a clear and concise manner
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to work overtime as required
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
