NAMS is currently seeking a Part-Time, Call Center Customer Service Representative (20 hours per week) for its para-transit... transportation program call center. This position handles inbound and outbound calls while ensuring timely booking of trips for our valued customers. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are a must! Get to work from HOME every other week!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
⢠Answering phones (incoming and outgoing calls)
⢠Scheduling appointments for our customers
⢠Addressing customer inquiries
⢠Registering customers
Benefits:

Requirements: ⢠Schedule is Monday-Friday 7:00AM â 11:00 AM ⢠Comprehensive 4-6 week training done at the office before starting the hybrid 50/50 position. ⢠Call center experience preferred ⢠Customer service experience required ⢠Must have the ability to have a workspace at home that meets remote work policies ⢠Must have reliable internet at home ⢠Must be willing to work at the office if unable to connect at home for >30 minutes ⢠Punctual and reliable ⢠Computer skills required ⢠Great communication skills
