What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
 Respond to customer calls in a customer contact center setting
 Research and interpret company procedures to assist pharmacy customers
 Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer concerns
 Process incoming phone calls, emails, and letters
 Uphold customer service goals of responsiveness, reliability, and professionalism
What Is Required (Qualifications)
 Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service
 Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
 Proficiency in Microsoft Windows-based applications and MS Office
 Flexibility in work schedule and completion of paid training program
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
 Bilingual in Spanish
 Prior inbound Call Center experience
 Previous experience working from home a plus
 Prior retail or Pharmacy experience
