Responsibilities: • Assist customers in a professional and courteous manner through live chat interactions • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution • Offer assistance in product selection and provide recommendations based on customer needs • Provide technical support for customers facing issues with our products or services • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and efficient problem-solving • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and ensure follow-ups are completed in a timely manner

Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent typing speed and accuracy • Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously • Proficient in using live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
