Responsibilities
 Process reports submitted from fraud incidents in a timely and accurate manner
 Review the details of the fraud incidents and identify the potential threats
 Escalate the incidents to the relevant team for further investigation and resolution
 Utilize cyber security tools and techniques to evaluate and respond to threats
 Collaborate with the Computer Security Incident Response Team to mitigate and prevent potential security breaches
 Utilize Microsoft Azure to manage and analyze security data
 Monitor and update the status of escalated incidents and ensure they are resolved
 Develop, update, and maintain incident reports and documentation
 Continuously update knowledge of current cyber threats, security trends, and new technologies in the field
 Collaborate with other team members to improve security protocols and procedures.
Requirements
 Proficiency in Cyber Security and Computer Security Incident Response Team operations
 Experience with Microsoft Azure
 Demonstrable understanding of current threats and trends in Cyber Security
 Ability to develop, maintain, and advance security protocols and measures
 Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
 Strong communication skills to effectively articulate security issues to technical and non-technical staff
 Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
 Relevant certifications in Cyber Security would be advantageous
 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
 Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while prioritizing and meeting deadlines.
