About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Virtual Assistant (VA) to join as the first hire. You will play a vital role in supporting the founder and various aspects of the business, including scaling brand partnerships and applying for accelerator programs. Responsibilities: Brand Partnerships: ⢠Research and identify potential brand partners within the travel industry. ⢠Develop targeted outreach materials and pitches for brand partnerships. ⢠Manage communication with potential brand partners, schedule meetings, and follow up on leads. ⢠Assist in creating and maintaining partnership agreements. Accelerator Programs: ⢠Research and identify relevant accelerator programs for Travel Not to Escape. ⢠Gather necessary information and materials for program applications. ⢠Assist in writing compelling application essays and proposals. ⢠Track application deadlines and manage communication with accelerator programs. Administrative Support: ⢠Manage calendar and schedule appointments. ⢠Assist with travel arrangements and logistics (if applicable). ⢠Maintain travel industry research and compile relevant data and reports. ⢠Perform other administrative tasks as assigned. Qualifications: ⢠Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. ⢠Strong research and analytical abilities. ⢠Proficient in project management and organizational skills. ⢠Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools a plus. ⢠Familiarity with the travel industry (preferred). ⢠Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines. ⢠Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach. ⢠Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse contacts. Schedule: ⢠Hours will be 5 hours per week to start, with opportunity for increased hours and responsibilities after the initial 3 month term.
