What you... bring to SBHG: Licensed with the Board of Behavioral Science as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Valid California Driver's License. BLS CPR/First Aid certification from persons qualified by agencies including but not limited to the American Red Cross. Master?s degree in psychology, social work or other related mental health field How you will make a difference: The Mental Health Specialist position involves assessing clients at the start of engagement/treatment and as needed, developing and maintaining treatment plans, and conducting family collateral and discharge planning. Division/Program Overview: The Valley Star Crisis Mobile Response Team operates from 7 PM to 7 AM, offering rapid mental health assessments and crisis interventions. Serving all age groups?children, adolescents, adults, and older adults?the program provides essential services for individuals needing immediate crisis intervention and stabilization.
