Role Description
As our TikTok Content Creator, you are responsible for marketing our oral care brand on TikTok, through engaging video content.
Some responsibilities include:
• Content strategy
• Audience engagement
• Growing TikTok Shop GMV
• Increasing follower count
• Maximizing impressions and engagement
• Content creation (writing hooks, planning/filming/creating video content), 30 videos per month
• Managing branded TikTok account

• Creative, tenacious, hard-working, analytical and not afraid of challenges
• A critically-thinking problem-solver who doesn't give up when obstacles arise
• Deeply knowledgeable and experienced with TikTok growth & TikTok's algorithm
• Responsible, accountable and one who takes initiative; taking ownership of your role without being “told what to do”
• Extremely organized with strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency in getting things done
