Key Responsibilities: Â Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence. Â Communication: Respond to emails, phone calls, and live chat inquiries promptly and professionally. Â Document Management: Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations. Â Data Entry: Enter and update data in various systems and databases. Â Customer Support: Provide support to clients and answer their inquiries. Â Research: Conduct research and compile information as needed. Â Project Coordination: Assist with coordinating and managing projects. Â Record Keeping: Maintain and update records and files. Â Expense Management: Track and manage expenses and assist with budget preparation. Â Other Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned to support the team. Qualifications: Â High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred. Â Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role is preferred. Â Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software. Â Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Â Strong organizational and time-management skills.
