We are currently seeking to expand our team by hiring a Live Chat Agent. As a Live Chat Agent, it will be your responsibility to use our live chat technology to provide exceptional customer support. Answering queries from customers, addressing any worries they might have, and ensuring their total satisfaction will be your main goals. Responsibilities include:  Talking to customers, clients, and staff to resolve everyday problems externally and internally  Prioritize customer//client needs  Give helpful tips of the product//service  Maintaining customer records by updating account information. Requirements:  High school diploma or equivalent;  Previous experience in a customer service or live chat support role  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills  Ability to multitask and handle several chat conversations simultaneously  Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities  Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems  Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging customer situations  Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
