 Effectively plan, distribute, and manage the deployment of operational support resources throughout the development lifecycle, across multiple development
 Manages downtime/fixes, incidents, and issues across the team
 Manages engineers and/or performance analysts in the local market team
 Tracks, reviews, and reports operational support costs throughout the development lifecycle
 Single point of contact for company/development groups or vendors requesting support to resolve issues
 Directs operational resources to resolve/prevent issues as Prevention includes ensuring adequate performance monitoring for critical applications
 Enforcement of manufacturing assurance practices
 Facilitates the use of technical expert skills to drive engineering designs/improvements
 Assists in quality assessments by supporting metric assessments for major changes
 Contributes to policy development and Procedures for manufacturing and service support functions
 Ensures adherence to the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) compliance process for handling incidents, problems, and changes.
Minimum Qualifications
 2+ years of technical experience in a mainframe environment.
 Experience designing and implementing mainframe and distributed
 More than 2 years of experience in mainframe infrastructure, hardware, and operating systems.
 More than two years of problem, change, and incident queue tracking, capability compliance enforcement, root cause analysis, and change quality
Preferred Qualifications
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 Previous experience in an operational or support role
