Boomi is on a mission to become the leading AI-driven integration and automation platform. Building on over 5 years of Machine Learning capabilities, Boomi has announced the launch of our Boomi AI Agent framework.
The secure and effective implementation of AI has grown to become the top priority facing CEOÂs and CIOÂs today. Boomi is looking for an experienced GM to meet these customer needs, build upon our progress to date, and own BoomiÂs end-to-end AI strategy and execution. This experienced leader will work closely with the Executive Leadership team to further develop and execute against our AI vision.
What you'll do:
 Serve as the company-wide leader for Boomi AI, owning the Go-to-Market strategy while also working closely with the Product and Engineering teams to define the product roadmap
 Own the strategy and build out of BoomiÂs AI Agent marketplace, working across partners to build out Agents at speed and scale
 Assume ownership of the Boomi AI P&L, ensuring all targets and KPIÂs are met or exceeded
 Foster close relationships with key clients, partners, and other stakeholders to ensure Boomi AIÂs capabilities and value are well understood
 Collaborate with Marketing and Product to develop competitive positioning for BoomiÂs AI capabilities
 Identify execution gaps and develop plans to resolve them, including business case creation, stakeholder engagement, dependencies and milestones
 Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the organization to drive forward the execution of this strategic initiative
 Understand geo-specific considerations and regulations and ensure Go-To-Market and Roadmap plans address them and Boomi is fully compliant
 Develop deep relationships with the Channel and Sales organizations to understand pain points and garner real-time insights into product/market fit
 Provide regular updates to the Executive Leadership Team on progress and strategic direction
The experience you bring:
 10+ years of experience working in and around the AI space
 Prior experience scaling a high growth initiative for a global technology organization
 In-depth knowledge of the iPaaS partner ecosystem
 Excellent communication skills with demonstrated AI thought leadership across platforms (social, hosted webinars, speaking engagements, publications, etc.)
 Demonstrated experience owning and managing a P&L
 Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and lines of businesses across customer and partner organizations
 Successful experience leading matrixed initiatives with solid and dotted reporting lines
 Extensive experience working across functional areas, including Sales, Channel Engineering, Product, Finance, Marketing and others
 Experience setting, tracking and reporting against KPIÂs

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation for this position in the US ranges between $247,524 - $371,286 annually + applicable bonus. This position is remote-friendly and, as such, final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidateÂs knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
