 Conduct professional outbound sales and customer service calls
 Address customer inquiries and resolve issues
 Offer additional products/services to callers
 Ensure accurate record-keeping of all interactions
 Adhere to provided work schedule and maintain a high level of punctuality
 Maintain confidentiality of company and client information
 Successfully achieve sales/fundraising goals on outbound projects
 Maintain efficiency and composure while handling various types of calls
Qualifications
 Previous customer service experience, preferably in a telemarketing/customer service setting
 Flexibility to work on Sundays and accommodate a varied work schedule
 Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work independently
 Basic computer skills and willingness to learn
 Ability to pass company training, background, and credit check
 Reliable transportation for commuting to work
