We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated freshers to join our Customer Support team at DoorDash. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with top-notch service and resolving their inquiries and issues promptly.
Key Responsibilities
• * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• * Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to orders, deliveries, and accounts.
• * Provide detailed information about DoorDash products and services.
• * Document and update customer records based on interactions.
• * Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve the customer experience.
• * Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by following up on customer issues and ensuring they are resolved effectively.
• Required Skills and Qualifications

• * Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively.
• * Proficiency in basic computer applications and ability to quickly learn new software.
• * High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
