⢠Manage Airbnb listings, including updating listing information, pricing, and availability
⢠Respond to guest inquiries and communicate with guests throughout their stay...
⢠Coordinate check-in and check-out processes
⢠Handle any guest issues or complaints promptly and effectively
⢠Provide recommendations to guests for local activities, attractions, and restaurants
⢠Ensure that the Airbnb listings meet high standards of cleanliness and maintenance
⢠Monitor and manage guest reviews and ratings
⢠Disputing reviews with Airbnb through understanding and referencing their Review Policy
⢠Initiating and tracking claims and resolutions through AirCover, Resolution Center, or other coverage plans
⢠Financial reporting for clients monthly
⢠Invoicing clients and tracking invoices to make sure they are paid
⢠Communicate with cleaners to make sure properties are completed and pictures are provided, report all supplies needed to management
⢠Assisting in the continual growth of our business
⢠*Requirements**
⢠Clear & effective communicator speaking & writing in English
⢠Must be able to follow simple & detailed instructions
⢠Must have a flexible schedule
⢠Go getter & problem-solving work ethic
⢠Prior experience with Airbnb or other short term rental business preferred
