⢠Use basic office equipment and skills to complete daily tasks
⢠Proactively resolve customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
⢠Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary
⢠Maintain customer credit records with accuracy and efficiency
⢠Process customer applications, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
⢠Work within a flexible schedule, providing customer service support during designated hours.⢠Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook

⢠Experience in outbound sales is a must
