Title: Pharmacy Call Center Representative

Duration: 6 months Temp to Hire

Location: Remote (must live within 100 miles of the pharmacy at “5101 Jeff Commerce Drive Louisville KY” for office visits if needed)

Potential Start Date: 8/19/2024

Key Requirements: • Pharmacy and call center experience required. • At least 3 years of strong customer service experience. • Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills. • Must be able to work independently and be open to cross-training. • Good attendance is essential.

Responsibilities: • Interface with customers and company representatives to handle pre-sales or post-sales service functions. • Track status of equipment returns repairs, replacements, sales orders, and delivery schedules. • Schedule field service repair calls and manage requests for additional company materials. • Maintain records of returns, schedule changes, product updates, and resolve return credit issues. • Follow routine assignments with detailed instructions. • Enter accurate information and handle data entry for multiple programs. • Occasionally manage inbound/outbound calls to/from patients, caregivers, and providers. • Provide exceptional customer service and adhere to Cover My Meds policies. • Work a flexible schedule as needed. • ***********************************************************************************************************************************************************************

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Up to $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
