Legal Shield offers their customers the ability to talk to an attorney on any legal matter, at any time, and without worrying about high hourly costs. You will speak directly with potential and current members regarding questions about their billing/payment, services offered and any other issues they may have. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Provide inbound customer service and sales.
• Consistently provide a great customer experience.

REQUIREMENTS: • Work from home opportunity • Minimum 1+ years of customer service/ call center or retail experience required • Minimum 1-year sales experience preferred • Excellent communication skills • Must have proficient computer skills • Ability to handle high-stress situations and escalated issues • Must respect and maintain customer and client confidentiality

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT:
• A laptop or desktop (cannot be an Apple product, Surface or Chromebook) with Windows 10
• Hardwire (plug-in) to your internet source with an ethernet cable

SHIFT: 9 AM-530 PM or 930 AM-6 CST

Pay: $12.50 per hour
